Muhammet Tokgöz, has completed his law degree in Marmara University Faculty of Law. Upon his law education he completed Master of Law (LL.M) program in Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. Then he completed Master of Law (LL.M) program in International Maritime Law in IMO International Maritime Law Institute. Currently he continues his Ph.D in Private Law in Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences.
In his legal career, he worked as Head of Legal in a highly renowned foreign capital group of company. Then he worked as a managing partner in an Istanbul based international law firm where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating loan documentation and share purchase agreements. He also handled numerous first and secondhand ship sale and purchase procedures on behalf of major shipowners.
Furthermore, Muhammet Tokgöz has been providing consultancy services in the areas of corporate and commercial law, cross-border transactions, real estate, litigation and he represents his clients in both commercial arbitration and traditional litigation proceedings.
