Melih Asım Güler has completed his law degree in Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Upon his law education he also completed Information and Technology Master of Law (LL.M) program in İstanbul Bilgi University.
After graduated from law school he has worked in highly recognized international law firm and advised clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formation, privatization and high volume banking finance transactions. Melih Asım Güler has been involved in many major transactions and reputable projects in Turkey; and provided consultancy services for real estate, energy, banking, international trade, infrastructure, ports, hospitality projects in Turkey and in foreign countries. He also represents his clients for development and financing of large real estate projects.
Furthermore; for civil litigation, he represents his clients in both commercial arbitration and traditional litigation cases and for criminal litigation, he represents his clients especially for white-collar crime cases.
