Upon the signing of this contract, the company is required to prepare the application documents stipulated by the Capital Markets Board and Istanbul Stock Exchange Authority and then issue a prospectus/issuance document. Following the necessary applications, the company's activities, market value, etc. are examined by İstanbul Stock Exchange and Capital Markets Board, and after the conformity of data submitted in the application is accepted, the public offering of the company actually starts. During the public offering process, companies are required to harmonize all their business and transactions with the Capital Markets Board's legislation and be subject to the supervision of the Capital Markets Board and Istanbul Stock Exchange.
