In fatal and personal injury traffic accidents, we assess fault, medical and disability records, loss of income, loss of support and other heads of damage by reference to the circumstances of the incident.
We handle claims against compulsory motor insurance, voluntary liability cover and other relevant policies, including applications to insurers, Insurance Arbitration Commission proceedings and litigation, and assess claims against vehicle operators, drivers and other responsible parties.
Where criminal proceedings and compensation claims run in parallel, we coordinate the legal strategy by considering how evidence and fault determinations may affect each process.
